Hero Program: Unsung Heroes

Healthcare & Blood Donation Camps

Partnering with the Rotary Club of Bangalore , Kalpita organizes blood donation camps that help save hundreds of lives every year. Kalpitians don’t just organise these drives — they roll up their sleeves and donate.

Women Empowerment

On International Women’s Day 2025, we supported girl children at The Refuge Foundation — employees contributed monetary support along with notebooks and learning essentials, reaffirming our commitment to gender equality.

Clothes & Essentials Drive

Kalpitians came together to collect clothes, essentials, and ration items for families in need — led by our employees in partnership with Ms. Christina, a local changemaker. Material support, delivered with dignity.

Education & Empowerment

From supporting refugee girl children with learning resources to partnering with Akshaya Patra’s Mid-Day Meal Scheme, we enable access to both nutrition and education — because a hungry child cannot learn.

Sustainable Workplace

Sustainability starts in our own office: indoor plants for air quality, motion-sensor lighting in washrooms, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, and mindful habits like switching off lights and air conditioning when not needed.
