Our CSR Philosophy & Mission

At Kalpita Technologies, CSR is not an initiative on a calendar — it is a responsibility and a culture of giving back. What we receive from society, we return in ways that create a ripple effect of positive change.

From tackling hunger and malnutrition to fostering education, healthcare, sustainability, equality, and rural growth, our efforts are designed to uplift communities and inspire lasting transformation. And because every one of us has been touched by these challenges in some way, we encourage our people to give back in ways that resonate with their own stories.

Guided by this philosophy, our mission is simple: healthier, more inclusive, sustainable societies — where technology, people, and purpose come together.

Our CSR Initiatives

Hero Program: Unsung Heroes

Hero Program: Unsung Heroes

Some people quietly transform lives around them. The Unsung Heroes Program finds, celebrates, and amplifies their stories — like Mr. Yashwanth, a healthcare worker; Ms. Vincy, a nurse; and Mrs. Beulah John, founder of The Refuge Foundation — encouraging others to join the journey of change.

Few of the unsung heroes are :

  • Mr. Yashwanth - Healthcare worker
  • Ms. Vincy – Nurse
  • Mrs. Beulah John - Founder of The Refuge Foundation
Healthcare & Blood Donation Camps

Healthcare & Blood Donation Camps

Partnering with the Rotary Club of Bangalore , Kalpita organizes blood donation camps that help save hundreds of lives every year. Kalpitians don’t just organise these drives — they roll up their sleeves and donate.

Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment

On International Women’s Day 2025, we supported girl children at The Refuge Foundation — employees contributed monetary support along with notebooks and learning essentials, reaffirming our commitment to gender equality.

Clothes & Essentials Drive

Clothes & Essentials Drive

Kalpitians came together to collect clothes, essentials, and ration items for families in need — led by our employees in partnership with Ms. Christina, a local changemaker. Material support, delivered with dignity.

Education & Empowerment

Education & Empowerment

From supporting refugee girl children with learning resources to partnering with Akshaya Patra’s Mid-Day Meal Scheme, we enable access to both nutrition and education — because a hungry child cannot learn.

Sustainable Workplace

Sustainable Workplace

Sustainability starts in our own office: indoor plants for air quality, motion-sensor lighting in washrooms, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, and mindful habits like switching off lights and air conditioning when not needed.
